With the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse based application, employees have the ability to self-evaluate their own performance, while Managers and HR can easily access and review each employee’s performance. Additionally, managers have the capability to rate employee performance within the system. This offers organizations a streamlined and efficient approach to performance management, leading to improved employee engagement, productivity, and organizational success.

This Performance Management system provides a menu tailored to the user’s role. As a manager, you have the ability to submit your SMART goals and evaluate your employee’s performance management.

SMART Goal Entry

The SMART goal entry screen provides users with the ability to efficiently create, edit, and submit SMART goals. This is achieved by allowing users to easily select the current quarter, category and year when creating or modifying the goals.

Add Category

The Add Category screen provides the Manager with the ability to create a new category for the employee. This category will serve as the basis for the employee to establish and submit their goals.

Performance Evaluation

This screen is for the Manager to review, evaluate and rate the employee’s SMART goals and performance.
