VNB team collaborated with customer stakeholders in evaluating some of the top sales solutions in the market. After a thorough, vetting process Dynamics 365 for Sales was chosen as the platform for this key initiative. VNB team followed an agile template for this upgrade, which included: - Setting up of a new Dynamics 365 for Sales instance with roles and privileges. - Migration of customization's and add-ins from old CRM to the new sales solution. - Creation of data mappings between two systems and migration of the data from existing database to new Dynamics 365 for Sales. - Re-configuration of the integration points between the new systems and other line of business systems. - Setting up of reports and dashboards using PowerBI
