Customer used Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010 as a middleware platform to perform integration among various heterogeneous systems like Lawson ERP, Dynamics, QNXT, eChamp, ClaimsNet etc. As mainstream support for BizTalk Server 2010/OS/SQL was ending soon, customer decided to migrate to BizTalk Sever 2013 R2 to stay on the latest system landscape and take advantages of the new features. Customer wanted this transition seamless with zero business impact as all of integration solutions were highly business critical.
After detailed analysis of existing environment and various interfaces, VNB recommended a risk free gradual migration of BizTalk applications from BizTalk 2010 to BizTalk 2013 R2 approach over in-place upgrade of existing BizTalk 2010 infrastructure to BizTalk 2013 R2. VNB integration team defined a migration plan, got it approved by the customer stakeholders and seamlessly migrated all BizTalk Server 2010 integration applications to BizTalk Server 2013 R2.
